Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from what’s in your basket and where it’s going. You’ll see the exact cost, and the delivery options available, before you pay.

Orders with pieces from more than one maker

We work with a number of independent makers, and each ships their own pieces to you directly, from their own location. If your order includes more than one maker, it may arrive as separate shipments, each with its own tracking.

Shipping is calculated for each shipment, so an order spanning several makers may carry more than one shipping charge. Checkout always shows you the full breakdown and the total before you pay.

When your order arrives

Dispatch. Our makers currently dispatch orders within one business day.

Delivery. Delivery time depends on the maker and where the order is going. The shipping and delivery information available for each shipment is shown at checkout before you pay, and because our makers ship independently, options and estimates can vary by shipment.

Tracking

You’ll get an order confirmation straight away, and a tracking link as each parcel leaves.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can’t redirect it, and anything returned to sender because of an incorrect address is refunded less shipping.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and busy periods can slow things down. If something looks stuck, email us at hello@londonandco.store and we’ll chase it.
